The People

After working in the engineering and IT industries for many years, we know what makes a good 'consultant'. Since 2002 this knack has allowed us to build up a team of engineers from across the IT, engineering and manufacturing sector with enviable credentials.

We aren't a 'bums-on-seats' company and prefer to provide experienced, flexible engineers with good 'customer facing' skills so they integrate into your team well.

Their experiences include IBM, PTC, Dassault Systemes, CSC, Computervision, Airbus, Hamilton Sundstrand, Bombardier and so on, working on a variety of projects from engineering design & manufacture to software specification, development, management and implementation.

Roles would have been Project Director/Manager, Solution Architect, Solution Lead, Development Manager, Implementation Consultant etc, so they know the software and the problems.

You may have noticed we prefer to call all our team, 'engineers'. That's because we think the grand titles from your more traditional companies can (sometimes) simply be used to justify higher rates than be indicative of skills or value to you. We would rather you employed us on what we can do than what we are called.

Our simple engagement approach also extends to our employees, continually attracting the best of the industry specialists. We allow them to focus on what they do best, rather than internal initiatives and targets and the fact that they stay tells us they like the company and enjoy the work.
