Xype was founded on the principle and understanding that customers feel disillusioned in the experience of dealing with the more traditional IT companies, software vendors and agencies.

- Qualification: All engineers are pre-qualified before representing Xype by one or more of the directors to ensure they have the required experience and are 'customer facing'
- Cost: We compete with the traditional IT suppliers very well, providing engineers of comparable or better experience.
- Response: Responsiveness is a key issue for us. We realise you need quick feedback once the contact is made.
- Simple: Every effort is made to ensure the services process is simple, unobtrusive and does not divert you from your day to day work.
- Value: Our reputation is based on our experience, quality and cost. Without this, we have no business.
- Development: Our development services are closely managed through to implementation by one of our industry experienced project managers.
- Performance: We apply a specific focus to application/system performance and monitoring to provide user satisfaction and demonstration of return on investment.

Vendor Services: Experienced software engineers are always leaving the big software vendors and we have access to many of them.
Facilities
To support all this Xype currently have 2 facilities based in and around Bristol.
Our main 5000sqft facility is located at Filton, Bristol. This building supports all day to day development and services work for our clients together with a direct network connection into the Airbus UK site for this growing area of the business.
Sales and administration is run out of 'The Barns'; a 2500sqft barn located just outside Weston-super-Mare.
